I’m a grown up now
Still afraid of the dark
Still can’t sleep alone
Still won’t cross the park
Not at night now
I’m a grown up now
Still fighting my nightmares
My daymares
Keep splitting
Regroup in pairs
I’m a grown up now
Surrounded by fears
So just reach out
Turn the light on
Dim light is light
And can still warm the soul
On a dark night
